there was a February chill in Europe. We knew the Covid virus had invaded from China, but had no idea what was to come. We had no idea it would be our last trip to see the boat for some time. We had been in Madrid for the art show, where the Spaniards had no fear of what was coming. We masked up in the airport, and fought off intruders to our personal space in the airport lines with our roll aboard luggage.

St. Jean de losne deep in the Burgandy countryside seemed imune from world plagues, and we felt very comfortable. However, things were the same with the boat. It was not finished- but at least getting closer. The carpenter work was finished and it seemed only the broken rudder remained to be repaired.

At this writing- still in Covid quarantine, we hear the boat, rudder and systems are put together, and pending a sea trial (or canal trial).
